These terms and conditions set out the rules and expectations for using our website and mobile detailing services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SERVICES
1.1. Drive Fresh provides premium mobile car detailing services, including exterior and interior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Additional services include, but are not limited to, trim and headlight restoration and protection, odour removal and neutraliser, carpet shampoo and extraction, engine bay detailing, and sticker removal.
1.2. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, your location, and our current booking schedule.
1.3. Drive Fresh reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively unsanitary, or if our staff feel at risk in the surrounding environment.
2. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
2.1. All bookings must be made in advance via our website booking page, phone, or email.
2.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details and ensuring safe and legal access to the service site.
2.3. Appointments may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, or unforeseen events. We will always aim to notify you as early as possible in such cases.
2.4. Drive Fresh reserves the right to request vehicle photos or conduct an inspection prior to service to assess condition and suitability.
3. TRAVEL FEES

Additional toll or fuel surcharges may apply depending on route and time of day.
4. LIABILITY
6.1. Drive Fresh will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage (paint, trim, electronics, etc.)

Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services

Loss or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle

While working on your vehicle during the process of all services
6.2. Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicles prior to the detailing appointment. We will not be liable for any lost belongings post-service.
6.3. Customers are responsible for informing us of any aftermarket parts, wraps, or sensitive areas that require special care, and of any existing problems that require attention.
5. SATISFACTION GARENTEE
7.1. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will inspect and, where appropriate, offer a resolution.
7.2. Any claims made beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for rework or compensation due to environmental exposure or vehicle handling.

1. PRIVACY POLICY
1.1. We collect personal details such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle info, and location strictly for service and communication purposes.
1.2. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

3. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
3.1. Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and card (a surcharge may apply to card payments).
3.3. All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation terms are met.
3.4. No refunds will be issued once service is completed, except in cases where a legitimate concern is raised within 24 hours of completion.
3.5. Any refund requests must be accompanied by photo evidence and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
4.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 10–20% of the booking cost.
4.3. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a late cancellation fee of $50.
4.4. Excessive cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in a refusal of future service.
